• Equipment Criticality — 2D risk/value classification matrix
• Repair Workflow — 5-stage repair process with SLA tracking
• Annual Asset Inspection — Annual stock-check workflow with committee sign-off and Thai-government-style PDF report
• Preventive Maintenance — Hospital-specific scheduled PM with bilingual maintenance kinds and a dedicated PM-Scheduled workflow stage
• Spare Parts — Equipment-centric spare-part templates, auto-picking on PM cron, and Stock Request tracking (SR numbers)
• Service Contracts — Hospital-flavoured warranty/MA contracts with per-kind coverage, auto-link to maintenance requests, and renewal alerts
• e-Signature — Digital signatures on the ปจป. annual inspection and service contracts, with chained-hash audit trail, via OCA sign_oca
